What is on-the-spot-audit?
Our On-the-Spot-Audit is a program designed for nightclubs, restaurants, and bars with serious cost problems. It's objective is to resolve any problems associated with theft, waste, or mismanagement of your inventory items by taking control and accountability of all inventory in-house.

How does it work?
During any given shift (preferably a busy one) ISG will send in a team of auditors to perform the following task:

• Provide a pour cost for each individual bar or bartender
• Openly spot on each bartender as they work during their shift.
• Grade each bartender's performance with a letter grade in specific categories.
• Control and manage the distribution of all your alcoholic beverages
• Works with management to perform mid-shift register audits to prevent stacking.

How successful is this program?
On-the-spot-audit has been 100% successful. Average reduction in liquor cost is as high as 5% and sales increase by an average of $10,000 per week based on an average 3 day business week.

What's the time frame?
We suggest running the program for twelve weeks, then schedule periodic inspections at least once per quarter. The twelve week period gives us time to eliminate bartender bad habits as well as grade their performance. For the ones we can't retrain, we suggest releasing those employees. Ultimately, our goal is to leave your establishment in a better position compared to when we arrived.
